Dr Koh heads Thomson Lifestyle Centre, practicing preventive medicine through tailored health screenings & wellness programs including the management of Andropause, Menopause & Obesity.

He graduated in 1992 with a basic medical degree & subsequently received his post-graduate diploma in Family Medicine, both from the National University of Singapore.

Dr Koh is also Board Certified in Anti Aging Medicine & has attained his Fellowship with the American Board of Anti-Aging and Rejuvenation Medicine.

He has completed local certifications in Practical Andrology conducted by the Academy of Men’s Health (Singapore) as well as post graduate training in Nutritional Protocols accredited by the Australasian College of Nutritional & Environmental Medicine.

Dr Koh is an EIMS certified physician in Exercise Prescription, an initiative launched by the American College of Sports Medicine. He is a strong believer that everyone can add quality years to their lives while embracing an active lifestyle.

Dr Koh enjoys a variety of sports at leisure, including tennis & swimming. His passion for sports extends to his regular involvement in various local sporting events like the Mizuno Runs, Solomon Trial Runs, Cold Storage Kid’s Runs, Vertical Marathon and the Li Ning Badminton Open where he has served regularly as the event physician.



Dr Tay Wen Sien graduated from the University of Southampton, UK, in 1999 with a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine.

She worked for several years as a Family Physician in Singapore, gaining invaluable experience in managing chronic diseases like Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Chronic Pulmonary Disorder, and so forth. In order to enhance her depth of experience, she had also worked as a Resident Physician in Geriatric Medicine Department of a general hospital.

Along the way she successfully completed the Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine and the Graduate Diploma in Dermatology.

Having managed many chronic and debilitating illnesses downstream, she is a firm believer in prevention and early detection of illnesses upstream. In this respect she has been intimately involved in health promotion and health screening for the past few years.

She is manifestly qualified to work as a health screener and health promoter, as well as a family physician. She also holds a Certificate from the American Academy of Aesthetics Training.



Dr Caroline Low Bee Leng, a Visiting Consultant at Thomson Lifestyle Centre is an Anti-Aging Physician who has a keen interest in anti-aging medicine, including laser skin treatments, anti-aging screenings and hormonal therapy.

Graduated in 1991 from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, aside from these special interest areas, she is also a general practitioner with nearly 20 years of experience. Her area of professional expertise includes preventive medicine and aesthetic medicine. Dr. Low is a fellow of the American Board of Anti-Aging and Rejuvenation Medicine since Aug 2007 and obtained her fellowship with the Australasian Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine in 2010.

As an Anti-Aging Physician, it is her interest to make great strides in reducing the risks of disability and death from heart attacks, strokes, diabetes, cancer, senility and arthritis, essentially by modifying metabolism of the old to that of the young – in essence, achieving rejuvenation and reversal of aging. It is her belief that “Age is inevitable, Aging is not”.
